Bolle Safety MY6 Ballistic Eyeshield

The Bolle Safety MY6 is a ballistic protective eyeshield with a one-piece polycarbonate lens, designed for shooting, tactical applications and demanding professional environments. MY6 combines a wide field of view, high ballistic impact resistance and a low-profile design. Two versions are available: Clear and Smoke. MY6 is tested according to STANAG 2920 and meets MIL-PRF-32432A requirements.

The 2.7 mm polycarbonate lens has a base curve of 7 and provides lateral coverage around the eyes. Optical class 1 makes the lens suitable for extended continuous use, while 99.99% UVA and UVB protection helps protect the eyes from harmful ultraviolet radiation. The PLATINUM coating improves resistance to fogging and scratching.

Thin, comfortable temples are designed for compatibility with communication headsets and ballistic helmets. The adjustable non-slip nose bridge helps provide a secure fit. The MY6 system also supports interchangeable lenses, an RX prescription lens adapter, RX nose pieces, a replacement nose piece and a fire-retardant retaining strap.

STANAG 2920 uses the V50 value to express ballistic impact resistance. V50 is a standardized test result used for comparison and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed maximum impact velocity. The MY6 V50 value is 221.3 m/s with the Clear lens and 226.6 m/s with the Smoke lens.
