Cancellation form

Fill out the form below if you wish to cancel your order or submit a return notification.

We will send a confirmation of receipt to your email address.

We offer consumer customers a 30-day return policy for unused and resalable products. Orders may also be cancelled before shipment. The right of return does not apply to used products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after the original seal has been broken.

If the order has already been shipped before your notification is processed, it will be handled as a normal return in accordance with our delivery and return terms.

If there is an issue with the product, you received the wrong item, or there was another problem with your order, please describe it in the message field and we will contact you as soon as possible.
