A handy polymer spring hook in a three-piece package. It attaches simply like a normal carabiner to any suitable link or by threading it into a 25mm PALS webbing sling, for example.

Excellent for attaching equipment and the features allow for quick, one-handed release if necessary. Grimlocs are used by, among others, the US Army and Marine Corps. The plastic product does not rattle or shine. The mechanism is made in such a way that dirt cannot get in.

Suitable for a variety of uses, for example:
  • For carrying gloves, equipment or other small items outside a backpack or vest
  • For better attachment of the hydration bladder hose, e.g. to the straps of a backpack or the surface of a vest

Not suitable for climbing or rescue operations.

Yksi paketista tullut sulkuhaka oli susi, ei jostain syystä tuo "nappi" sulku pidä leukaa kiinni. Jotain valmistus vikaa. Muutenkin melko heppoisia joilla ei tosiaankaan kannata mitään painavaa pitää liiveissä/vyössä kiinni. En tiedä jaksaako edes talvihanskoja pitää kiinni. Toki voi olla että itselle sattui huonosta erästä yksilöt mutta jos paremmat tarvii niin kannattaa investoida suoraan muutama euro lisää että saa laadukkaammat. Hätävara hakoja.
