11.1V LiPo Batteries

Powerful 11.1V Li-Po or lithium polymer batteries for electric airsoft guns and radio-controlled battery-powered cars, boats and drones.

- Batteries are delivered approx. 30% charged and tested

- Batteries should be stored at approx. 30% (3.85V/cell) charge level

- During long-term storage, batteries should be charged slightly every 3-6 months.

- Batteries self-discharge at a rate of approx. 5% per month

- It is recommended to store batteries in a dry and cool place

- Batteries should not be stored fully charged for long periods of time.

- Batteries must not be discharged too far. Recommended minimum 3.0V and preferably 3.2V /cell. Absolute minimum 2.75V/cell

- The lifespan of the batteries is approximately 3 years if handled properly, but high discharge currents shorten the lifespan.

- C-value (ability to deliver current) decreases as the battery ages

- Maximum currents are usually stated as continuous and instantaneous, e.g. 25/50C

- You can get the discharge current by multiplying the battery capacity by the C value.

- Full power is often only achieved from a new LiPo battery after a few charge and discharge cycles.

- LiPo batteries are safe when used correctly

- Because the cells have a high energy-to-volume ratio, improper charging or short circuiting can cause a fire.

- Do not use the LiPo battery if the cell(s) are clearly bulging or otherwise damaged.

- Send the defective LiPo battery for recycling

- Only use a charger designed for Lithium-polymer (LiPo) batteries.

- Only charge with a charger equipped with a balancer, which balances the cells during charging

- Make sure the charger settings are correct. Incorrect settings may cause fire or damage the battery.

- Charge and store batteries in a fire-safe place

- Place the batteries in a protective bag, for example a LiPo bag, while charging.

- Make sure there are no flammable materials nearby

- Always monitor the battery charge

- Never leave batteries charging overnight

- Never charge batteries with too high a charging current
