CO2 Magazine Base Screws

CO2 magazine base screws are used to tighten the CO2 cartridge inside the airsoft magazine. The screw is located at the bottom of the magazine and presses the cartridge against the seal to properly charge the magazine with gas.

Because the screw is tightened and loosened frequently, it can wear out over time. A damaged screw may make it difficult to secure the CO2 cartridge or properly seal the magazine.
