Alcyon 5230 handcuffs

Alcyon 5230 handcuffs are NIJ-approved professional-grade handcuffs designed for law enforcement use, manufactured by the Spanish company Larrañaga y Elorza SA. The handcuffs are made of hardened stainless steel (K-70), offering excellent wear resistance and long-term corrosion protection.

The hoop design connects the wrists with a semi-rigid loop connection, which offers more control than a chain design but a little more freedom of movement than a hinged or fully rigid Rigid version. Thanks to its design, the 5230 handcuffs are versatile and suitable for situations where a balance between mobility and control is needed.

The handcuffs feature a double locking mechanism and a three-prong design that allows for precise and secure fastening. The models meet NIJ Standard-0307.01 and NIJ Standard-1001.00 requirements and are widely used by police, other government organizations, and private security services.

Available in two versions: Model 5230 (silver, nickel plated) and Model 5230-B (black plated).
