Arcturus Vanguard 5" Hi-Capa GBB Pistol - Optics Ready

The Arcturus Vanguard 5" Hi-Capa Optics Ready is a green gas-powered GBB pistol based on the Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa standard and designed to provide a solid balance of performance, durability, and upgradeability. The Optics Ready version features a slide that is factory-machined for mounting a red dot sight, allowing the installation of RMR-compatible mini red dot optics using the included mounting plate.

The pistol features a CNC-machined metal slide. A RIS rail under the frame allows the attachment of accessories such as a weapon light or laser.

The controls are designed for ambidextrous use. A dual-sided safety, steel slide stop, and reversible magazine release make the pistol practical for both right- and left-handed users. The grip is made from reinforced nylon fiber polymer and its textured surface provides a secure hold.

Internally, the pistol utilizes several MIM-manufactured steel components that are treated with the QPQ process to improve durability and service life. The pistol is equipped with a 6.03 mm carbon steel inner barrel treated with the ENT nitriding process for improved wear resistance and consistent performance.

The gas system is designed to be efficient and well-sealed, allowing good gas efficiency and stable operation even in cooler conditions. According to the manufacturer, the pistol achieves over 70% hit accuracy on a 30 × 30 cm target at a distance of 30 meters, and more than 60 shots can be fired on a single gas fill.

The magazine feed lips, follower, and base plate are made from durable SEFP polymer (Super Enhanced Formulated Polymer), which improves impact resistance and extends service life.
