Ares' Striker AS-01 is an ergonomically designed 6mm bullet-firing spring-loaded airsoft rifle, modeled after the Magpul-inspired .338 Win sniper rifle. The weapon is lightweight, easy to use and cocks relatively easily with a short stroke. The weapon has a cock indicator. The trigger pull and stiffness are adjustable. The barrel has 23 mm positive threads.

The excellently finished weapon is made of metal and fiber-reinforced nylon.
