Ares L1A1 SLR AEG, metallic - black
The L1A1 SLR is a metal-framed, electrically operated semi-automatic rifle manufactured by Ares. The weapon is modeled after the long-standing L1A1 SLR (Self-Loading Rifle) semi-automatic rifle, which is known by many different model names and is better known as the FN FAL in its serial-fire version. The weapon was in production from the 1950s until 1985. It has served as a service weapon for armies around the world. The most famous users are the Australian, British, Rhodesian and South African armed forces.
The Ares L1A1 SLR airsoft replica has a metal frame and durable polymer plastic parts. The weapon's custom gearbox features a quick spring change feature, which allows for quick and easy spring changes. The rules/tuning limits of various playing fields and game organizers are placing increasing demands on the power control of weapons. The system that enables quick spring change saves the weapon from the strain caused by continuous discharges and allows the use of one, pleasant weapon model in different conditions. True to its prototype, the Ares L1A1 SLR fires only single shots.
