Bollé Safety NESS safety glasses – smoke grey lens – black

Bollé NESS safety glasses are extremely lightweight and ergonomically designed safety glasses for outdoor use, especially in bright light conditions. The smoke-grey lenses provide effective protection against UV radiation and glare, while the thin frame design allows for compatibility with other personal protective equipment, such as hearing protection.

The PLATINUM Lite coating ensures good visibility without fogging or scratching, and the curved design offers excellent coverage and a wide panoramic view. The model is ATEX approved and suitable for explosive atmospheres.

NESS safety glasses feature an ultra-light 27.5g construction and a 10-degree curvature for an optimal fit, even for users with narrow faces. The curved lens design improves protection and field of vision. The non-slip nose bridge design keeps the glasses securely in place.

Smoke lenses allow only 13% of visible light through and block 99.99% of UVA and UVB rays. They reduce glare, improve contrast and depth perception, and reduce eye strain when working outdoors.

The lenses feature Bollé's PLATINUM Lite coating, which provides effective protection against fogging and scratching even in demanding weather and work conditions. The safety glasses meet EN166 and EN172 standards and are also tested to protect against low-energy mechanical hazards.

The NESS model is ATEX certified, meaning it can be used in potentially explosive areas (Zone 1, 2, 20, 21, 22), including gas-based (IIA, IIB, IIC) and dust-based (IIIA, IIIB, IIIC) environments.
