Clawgear Merino Seamless Bottom base layer

The Clawgear Merino Seamless Bottom is a three-quarter-length base layer bottom for cooler conditions. The seamless knit construction and the blend of merino wool and polyamide provide moderate insulation and good climate management, and the bottom works as a next-to-skin layer for professional and demanding recreational use.

The seamless bottom stretches in four directions, so the material adapts to the body and stays close to the skin. The close fit speeds up drying, because body heat helps moisture evaporate. The three-quarter-length leg does not crease inside a boot.

Merino wool insulates, is naturally antimicrobial and can absorb moisture without feeling wet or cold. Polyamide dries quickly. The care and material information is knitted into the fabric, so there are no labels inside. Wide flatlock seams, a wide double-layered waistband and a seamless crotch gusset reduce chafing. The seams are only on the inside of the leg, and the side is seamless. Shirts and boxer shorts are available in the same construction.

Waist girth is measured midway between the lowest rib and the top of the hip bone with the abdomen relaxed. Inside leg length is the vertical distance from the crotch to the floor, with the feet shoulder-width apart. It describes the wearer's leg length, not the inseam of this three-quarter-length garment.
