CYMA CM048 GEN2 AEG Rifle

The CYMA CM048 GEN2 is an AK-74 style AEG rifle that combines a steel construction, real wood furniture, and updated GEN2 internals. Based on the classic AK-74 platform, it is an excellent choice for woodland games and general-purpose airsoft use thanks to its long inner barrel, solid build quality, and reliable V3 gearbox.

The receiver, dust cover, and other key external components are made from steel, while the handguards and stock are crafted from real wood. This combination provides an authentic appearance, realistic handling, and excellent durability. A standard AK-style side rail is mounted on the receiver for optics installation. The barrel features both 14 mm CCW and 24 mm CCW threads, allowing the use of a wide range of compatible muzzle devices.

At the heart of the CM048 GEN2 is a V3 gearbox equipped with 8 mm ball bearings, a piston with a full metal tooth rack, a bearing spring guide, and a high-torque motor with neodymium magnets. The gearbox is paired with the CYMA V3 MOSFET system, which improves trigger response, protects the electrical system, and enhances overall operating smoothness.

The rifle also features a quick spring change system, allowing power adjustments without fully disassembling the gearbox. A 500 mm brass inner barrel with a 6.04 mm bore diameter, combined with a metal hop-up chamber, provides consistent performance and excellent range.
