Direct Action Compact MED Pouch Horizontal

The Direct Action Compact MED Pouch Horizontal is a compact and modern first aid pouch designed to be attached to a belt on the back. It provides a practical and accessible solution for field conditions where quick access to first aid equipment can be crucial. The pouch works great in conjunction with the HORNET® Skeletonized Belt Sleeve, but can also be attached to other MOLLE/PALS compatible platforms or belts up to 45 mm wide using paracord loops.

The spacious interior allows for the systematic transport of the most common first aid items, such as bandages and dressings. Elastic fastening straps keep the equipment firmly in place, and the minimalist, double-sided insert with Hypalon® handle can be pulled out and used with one hand. A wide elastic loop at the top allows for carrying a tourniquet, and a separate scissors pocket can be attached to the back of the insert. The Velcro® panel on the cover has a clear “MED” marking for quick identification.
