The Direct Action Spitfire QR Plate Carrier is the next evolution of the renowned Spitfire Plate Carrier, designed for operators who require rapid equipment removal without compromising modularity or comfort. Retaining the lightweight construction that made the original Spitfire popular, the QR version adds an integrated Quick Release system for fast doffing in emergency situations.

Constructed from laser-cut laminate, Cordura® 500D, and softshell materials, the carrier offers excellent durability while maintaining a remarkably low weight. Its highly modular design allows it to be configured as a minimalist plate carrier or expanded into a fully equipped load-bearing platform with additional front panels, cummerbunds, and back panels.

The integrated Duraflex® QRS buckles on both the shoulders and cummerbund enable rapid removal of the carrier during casualty evacuation, medical treatment, or vehicle operations. Internal routing channels for hydration tubes and communication cables help keep equipment organized and protected.

The Spitfire QR is compatible with Crye Precision AVS-style Zip-On Back Panels, Mayflower/Velocity chest rigs, and a wide range of Direct Action accessories.

Compared to the standard Direct Action Spitfire Plate Carrier, the QR version features an integrated Duraflex® Quick Release system, allowing the carrier to be donned or removed significantly faster while maintaining the same modular platform.
