G&G GMG42 AEG machine gun

The G&G GMG42 is an electric airsoft replica of the famous Maschinengewehr 42 - MG42 machine gun, introduced in 1942. Here's a real Hitler saw for WW2 games!

At first glance and feel, it is clear that this is no toy. The original 1:1 size and details have been imitated as closely as possible. Thanks to the all-metal construction, the weapon weighs an impressive 11 kilograms. The weapon is mainly made of steel, including the bipod, barrel heat shield, flame arrester, frame, magazine and all mechanisms related to the barrel attachment. The outer barrel is made of zinc and aluminum alloy. There is very little plastic used in the weapon. For example, the fake cartridges and the feeder, as well as some parts related to the magazine finishing, are made of plastic. The gun's stock is made of varnished wood, just like in the original firearm.

The G&G GMG42's gearbox is CNC-machined from durable 6061 aluminum. Inside the gearbox, you'll find steel gears and 10 mm metal bearings. The gearbox has a quick spring change system. The adjustable Hop-Up and 490 mm long inner barrel ensure the weapon's accuracy, to the extent that it is now needed in a machine gun. The rate of fire is ensured by a short-shaft 25,000 rpm High Torque motor.

A 1700-round steel drum magazine ensures sufficient ammunition. The ammunition feeding mechanism is electrically operated and powered by a 7.4V Li-Po battery.
