Helikon-Tex MCDU Pants - Field (NIR/IRR)

Helikon-Tex MCDU Pants – Field (NIR/IRR) are combat trousers designed for demanding field use, featuring PL Woodland camouflage developed with near-infrared night vision equipment in mind. The NIR/IRR properties are intended to reduce the contrast between the wearer and the surrounding woodland environment. Visible fabrics and components are selected to behave similarly to natural terrain within the near-infrared spectrum.

The NyCo Ripstop fabric combines the abrasion resistance of nylon with the breathability and comfort of cotton. The ripstop weave strengthens the fabric and helps prevent damage from spreading. VersaStretch panels at the waist, crotch, and behind the knees provide four-way stretch, while zippered mesh ventilation panels at the thighs improve airflow during demanding activity. The knees are reinforced and include compartments for separate knee pads.

The MCDU Pants feature 12 pockets for organizing carried items. In addition to reinforced front pockets, there are dedicated pockets for a smartphone, small accessories, and AR-type magazines, as well as larger cargo pockets. Wide belt loops accommodate belts up to 45 mm, and the leg openings can be adjusted with elastic drawcords to suit different footwear and terrain.
