The Ranger Mk2 is a classic military-style prismatic line compass that offers excellent accuracy and durability in a lightweight form factor. The ABS plastic body is impact resistant and is great for camping, hiking and survival use. The liquid-filled compass capsule makes the needle movement more stable and faster, allowing for quick direction finding.
The compass's phosphorescent scale allows for use in dim or dark conditions. The device has both a degree and mil scale for accurate direction determination. The 1:25000 map scale on the side makes navigation easier in conjunction with a map.
