The Holosun Ronin AEMS Max is an enclosed red dot sight for rifles, developed in collaboration with Tu Lam of Ronin Tactics. Its oversized 40.1 x 30.0 mm window gives a wide field of view and speeds up target acquisition. It is available with a red or a green reticle.
The Multi-Reticle System (MRS) offers a 2 MOA dot, a 65 MOA circle or a combination of both. A solar panel (Solar Failsafe) supplements battery power, and automatic brightness matches the reticle intensity to the ambient light. The CR2032 battery lasts up to 50,000 hours and can be replaced from the side without removing the sight from the firearm.
The housing is hard-anodised 7075-T6 aluminium, rated IPX8. The sight mounts directly on a Picatinny rail.
