The JeffTron Micro Mosfet III is a very compact and high-performance MOSFET unit designed for electric airsoft guns (AEG). This third generation version offers improved load resistance and the ability to solder the device directly to the negative terminal of the T-connector. The Micro Mosfet III increases the rate of fire and extends battery life compared to the basic wiring.

Improvements compared to the Micro Mosfet II version:

Designed to withstand higher currents
Can be soldered directly to the negative terminal of the T-connector

The Micro Mosfet III is ideal for service workshops and experienced installers. The device is supplied without wiring, giving you the freedom to use the desired power cables (max. 1.5 mm² / AWG16) and signal cables (max. 0.5 mm² / AWG20). Due to its compact size, the unit can be fitted in almost any gearbox connection. The device does not consume power in idle mode and does not cause sparking at the trigger contacts.
