Jetboil Ceramic Fluxring kettle 1.5L

The Jetboil Ceramic FluxRing 1.5 L is a practical addition to your Jetboil stove when the basic pot starts to feel small or when you want to do something more than just boil water in the wilderness. The 1.5 liter size works well for one person or a small group, and the wider shape makes simmering and “real cooking” much more comfortable than with narrower pots. The ceramic coating brings a big advantage, especially when cooking: food does not burn or stick to the bottom in the same way, and cleaning is usually done with just a wipe without having to drag the pot around in the camp with tense nerves.

The FluxRing structure in the bottom of the pot transfers and distributes heat efficiently, which reduces cooking time and saves gas. In addition, the insulating “sock” around the pot improves user comfort and makes handling safer when the hot pot is not immediately exposed to bare metal. The set is supplied with a lid and bottom cover, but without the burner part, so this is specifically an extension to the Jetboil system.

Compatibility note: When using FluxRing pots with Zip, Flash 2.0, MicroMo and MiniMo burners, you will need a separate metal Pot Support between the pot and the burner. With MightyMo and Stash burners, the burners' own folding supports are sufficient, and no separate support is needed. This is something you should really take seriously, because without the right support, the pot will not sit properly and the job becomes unnecessarily risky.
