Jetboil Stash 0.8L - Titan

The Jetboil Stash 0.8L is Jetboil’s lightest and most compact all-in-one cooking set, when the goal is to keep your gear to a minimum but still eat well. This is a clear choice for ultra-light backpacking, cycling and kayaking, where every gram and cubic centimeter counts. Stash is 40% lighter than Jetboil’s other 0.8L systems, and yet it boils water quickly: 0.5 liters boils in about 2 minutes 30 seconds on JetPower gas. In practice, Stash is “the lightest Jetboil possible”, no compromise hassle, but a really functional and efficient set.

The entire system packs into a 0.8 liter pot, and a gas canister support leg is also included. There is a holder for the 100 g JetPower gas canister on the lid, and the cartridge fits inside the pot with the other parts, keeping the package tidy in your backpack. If you want to use a 230 g cartridge, that will also fit in the pot, but then the pot will not carry other stove parts in the same way, so the 230 g is more of a “carry outside” option. The pot has a swivel, insulated pouring handle, which makes handling sensible and the packaging compact. The burner is titanium and the pot is anodized aluminum, which keeps the weight under control and the durability is still suitable for camping.

The Stash utilizes Jetboil's wind-protected FluxRing base, which transfers heat efficiently and evenly. The power is 4500 BTU (1.32 kW), and according to Jetboil, 100 g of JetPower gas can boil up to about 12 liters of water. Ignition is done with a match or kindling (not piezo), which is fine for many ultra hikers, and at the same time one less part to break.
