Ka-Bar Dust II knife - Clip Point - D2 - Green

The KA-BAR Dust II 6101 is a sturdy yet compact fixed blade knife, designed without unnecessary extras for durability and practicality. The Dust II is a smaller version of the Dust I model, and its fully ground blade profile significantly improves cutting properties. The knife's good balance and ergonomic handle make it a reliable tool for outdoor, survival and tactical use.

The blade is made of hard and wear-resistant D2 tool steel, known for its long-lasting sharpness and hardness. Since D2 is not completely stainless, the blade should be dried after use and maintained with oil if necessary. The blade is finished with a blackwashed coating, which gives it a patinated look and hides signs of use. The shape of the Clip Point blade and full flat grinding make it excellent for versatile use - from delicate cuts to more demanding tasks.

The handle is made of GFN (Glass Filled Nylon) in a green hue. It takes its design cues from classic KA-BAR models, but with a modern twist. The textured surface and finger guard ensure a firm grip, and the handle is designed to prevent slipping in wet conditions. Compared to the Dust I, the Dust II has a more decorative and shallow finger guard, making it a better choice for cutting vegetables or other precision work.

The included plastic sheath is MOLLE compatible, has a drainage hole and a double-sided attachment system. Attachment is done with polymer straps and snaps, and the sheath can be mounted in different positions as needed.
