Ka-Bar Heavy Duty Warthog Survival Knife - Black

The KA-BAR Heavy Duty Warthog is a large-sized survival knife designed for tough use and demanding conditions. Its sturdy construction, wide blade, and balanced shape make it a versatile tool for everything from cutting branches to digging. The Warthog is designed for survival, and its dimensions and construction allow it to handle both heavy and light tasks.

The knife blade is made of durable carbon steel (SK5/1085), which provides excellent strength and impact resistance. The blade has a Traction Coating that prevents reflections and improves corrosion resistance. The 16.7 cm long and 6 cm wide blade makes the Warthog one of KA-BAR's most massive models. Combined with the 6 mm thickness, the blade is ideal for splitting, chopping and other heavy-duty survival tasks.

The handle is made of durable Kraton G® polymer, which provides a firm grip even in wet and dirty conditions. The handle has a pass-through for paracord or a safety line, and the protruding end of the handle also serves as an emergency tool. The handle protects the hand from slipping and provides confidence during heavy use.

A Cordura sheath with polymer reinforcements and metal attachment points is included. The sheath can be attached to a belt up to 12 cm wide.
