The Magpul ACS-L (Adaptable Carbine Stock – Light) is a lightweight, streamlined, and kit-friendly telescopic stock for AR15/M4 rifles that use a Mil-Spec buffer tube. It offers excellent cheek support, internal storage, and reliable, rugged performance in a lighter package than the original ACS model.

The Magpul ACS-L combines lightweight construction with functional design. The lightweight construction is achieved by removing the battery cases of the ACS model, but retaining the center storage compartment and comfortable, gently contoured cheek rest. The stock frame is made of Magpul's renowned quality, strong, reinforced polymer, ensuring durability and long service life.

The stock mounts directly to a Mil-Spec-rated carbine receiver tube without modification and offers compatibility with a variety of sling mounts. The included Reversible Sling Mount Kit – Type 3 allows for the use of QD sling mounts. Additionally, a replaceable rubber butt plate reduces slippage and protects against impact.

The ACS-L's friction locking mechanism and chrome silicone spring ensure precise and long-lasting locking without wobble. Combined with good ergonomics, this makes this stock an excellent choice for shooters looking for accuracy, lightness, and storage space.
