MFH Jausenwurst Canned Sausage Spread - 200 g

An authentic Austrian-German field ration classic in a can, handmade in Germany from local ingredients. "Jausenwurst" is a traditional Central European spreadable sausage, originally camping and military ration food, made to be eaten straight on bread.

Keeps unopened at room temperature for 10 years, no refrigeration needed. Good for emergency food storage, camping trips, cabins, or anyone who appreciates authentic military field rations.

Tastes great on its own, on bread, or added to soups and stews. Pairs well with our MFH Roggen-Schrot Mischbrot canned bread for a complete field ration set.

Ingredients: 70% pork belly, 15% pork, 5% beef, water, curing salt (salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), sugar, MUSTARD SEEDS, pepper, cardamom, nutmeg, garlic, ginger.
