MFH Roggen-Schrot Mischbrot Canned Rye Bread - 200 g

Handmade German canned rye bread, 5 ready-to-eat slices. A traditional camping and military ration bread, keeps unopened at room temperature for 10 years.

Vegan, lactose free. Tastes great on its own or with a spread, for example with MFH Jausenwurst canned sausage for a complete field ration pair.

Ingredients: 60% flour (60% rye, 25% wheat blend [wheat flour, whole wheat flour], 10% rye grits), 35% water, yeast, iodized salt (salt, sodium iodate), acidifier: lactic acid.

Allergens: contains rye and wheat (gluten).

Shelf life: unopened, stored at room temperature, 10 years from date of production.
