Peltonen Pikkusissi M23, kydex sheath - orange

The Peltonen Pikkusissi M23 is a compact, lightweight and extremely versatile outdoor knife designed for carving, precision woodworking and outdoor use. Small in size but full-featured, it is a tool that works in any situation.

The 6.5 cm long blade of the Pikkusissi is made at the Laurin Metall forge in Kauhava and is made with a traditional uncoated finish – a black side after hardening, polished bevels. The blade is made of 80CrV2 carbon steel, and its induction-hardened cutting edge is hardened to HRC 62. The pommel is also hardened (HRC 59), making it ideal for use with firewood, for example. The Scandi grind and micro-bevel make the blade extremely manageable and long-lasting.

The olive green TPV handle offers excellent grip and durability in all weather conditions. The handle is designed to stay in place even with wet hands, and is easy to control for precision work. The full tang construction ensures strength.

The practical kydex sheath makes the knife easy to use and carry. The lanyard allows you to carry the knife as a neck knife, and the snap loop allows you to attach the knife to your belt or quickly remove it as needed. Kydex is resistant to shocks, temperature changes and moisture - an excellent choice for mobile use.
