The Peltonen Sissipuukko M95 is a classic Finnish knife designed for heavy use, which has proven its reliability in the field since 1995. This uncoated version offers a traditional and simple finish, with the blade side left black after hardening and the bevels polished. It is a functional choice for the user who values ??simplicity, durability and easy maintenance.
The blade is made from 80CrV2 carbon steel at the Laurin Metalli forge in Kauhava. It is saber-ground and shaped with a drop point tip, which offers versatile use from slicing to precision work. The 15 cm long blade is easy to sharpen and is also suitable for use with firewood. The sharpening angle is 23°, and the structure is made to withstand heavy use from generation to generation.
The black TPV handle is durable, ergonomic and provides a firm grip even in wet conditions. The material is resistant to impacts, chemicals and temperature fluctuations, and the full tang construction ensures the knife's structural strength.
The included black composite sheath features an EasyLock locking mechanism that keeps the knife securely in place, yet allows for quick removal. The sheath is MOLLE compatible and can be attached to a belt or backpack strap, for example – even upside down. Suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
Guerrilla knife. Traditional, simple and extremely functional. Made in Finland.
