Perun Mosfet

The Peruvian MOSFET is the smallest MOSFET unit on the market, but its performance is anything but small. The device uses a specially manufactured, ultra-low resistance transistor component, which allows current to flow directly from the battery to the motor. This means that the mechanical trigger contacts only control the switching of the MOSFET, and do not have to handle large amounts of current.

This significantly reduces wear on the trigger contacts, extends their service life and reduces resistance, which improves the weapon's reliability and increases the rate of fire.
