PGD TQR 2.0 plate carrier - Ranger Green

An extremely lightweight TQR (Tactical Quick Release) gen.2 plate carrier vest manufactured by Danish PGD, designed to meet the needs of the military and police forces.

The vest is made of laser-cut and laminated two layers of 500D cordura, which is 35-40 percent lighter than similar, more traditional MOLLE vests. The light weight creates less strain on the user and due to the two layers of 500D cordura, the vest is a very strong material while also being flexible and thin. This allows for a long time of operation while the vest is on, and the lamination of the fabric makes it water-resistant and resistant to wear/tear.

The side panels are also laser cut, exo cummerbunds and also made of the same Cordura as the rest of the vest. The shoulder straps have laser cut pads and are removable, making it easier to remove cables or a hydration tube.

The side panels and shoulder straps can be opened and closed with quick-release fasteners, which allows for faster opening than normal Velcro, especially in emergency situations.
