The Primal Gear plate carrier vest is made from Aspen 500D material, which is both lightweight and durable. The use of sturdy stitching and high-quality accessories such as webbing, Velcro and buckles further increases its durability and longevity.

The design of the vest offers excellent modularity, adaptability and practicality. Both the front and back panels offer space for M-sized SAPI armor plates. The front has a removable panel with Molle/PALS-type straps and two straps for attaching a DC3R-type chest rig. In addition, there is an internal admin pocket on the front. The pocket has a velcro panel and elastic band that allows you to keep documents, a phone and other items organized. There are zippers on the back for optional assault panels or backpacks. Both parts have velcro panels for attaching badges or other velcro-attached items.

The cummerbund consists of two parts. The outer, skeleton-like part, which attaches under the panel, is equipped with Molle/PALS webbing. The inner belt extends from the shoulders to the stomach and attaches on the inside of the front panel. It is also stiffened and equipped with special padding pads for increased comfort. This ensures that some of the weight, even from a heavily loaded vest, is distributed to the wearer's waist or hips.

In addition to the adjustment, the shoulders have comfortable padded pads equipped with velcro adjustment. In addition, the padded pads have covers made of flexible material, which improve comfort and allow the hydration system hose or radio antenna to be pulled through. Both arms also have handles for the Quick Release system, which allows for emergency release of the vest.
