S&T Type 64 AEG - Real Wood

The S&T Type 64 Electric Gun – Real Wood is a full-size airsoft replica of the Type 64 assault rifle used by the Japanese JGSDF. The replica combines the design of a traditional battle rifle with an electric AEG system and is designed for both airsoft play and reenactment use, where authenticity in appearance and construction is the focus. The real wood, metal frame and scale of the original make the whole believable.

The frame, barrel and external parts are made of metal, and the stock and pistol grip are made of real wood. The construction matches the look and weight distribution of the original Type 64 rifle. An integrated folding bipod allows for more stable shooting from a prone or supported position. The mechanical iron sights are the same as the original model, and the weapon has ready-made attachment points for a sling.

Internally, the gun uses a dedicated gearbox with 8 mm steel ball bearings. A 500 mm long inner barrel and adjustable hop-up support a stable bullet trajectory, especially with heavier bullets. The gun is fully automatic, like its predecessor. The design also includes a hinged butt plate that flips up.
