Safariland 5198 pistol holster

The Safariland 5198 pistol holster is a friction holster that fits on the trouser collar and has a paddle/saddle plate. The holster is small and lightweight. It is made of Safariland laminate (STX Plain finish). The holster does not have separate locking mechanisms, etc., but the pistol stays in the holster based on friction (adjustable). Reholstering the weapon is easier than with a traditional leather holster, as the muzzle remains open due to the holster's structure. The holster is also well suited for competition use (IPSC /IDPA).

The case also comes with a belt loop 567BL, which can be used to convert the case into a belt loop. The belt loop is adjustable for 1.5 inch or 1.75 inch wide belts (38mm / 45mm).
