The Schrade Bedrock Magnum 1182501 is the largest axe in the Bedrock series, designed for heavier use in camp, nature or survival situations. The sturdy construction, generous length and integrated firebox make this tool a versatile companion for demanding hikers and wilderness enthusiasts.

The Magnum model features a 3Cr13MoV stainless steel blade with a black oxide finish for corrosion protection. The back of the blade acts as a hammer, and the long overmolded handle provides a good grip in all weather conditions.

Fire is included – fire can start anywhere

The axe handle has a hidden fire starter that can be quickly accessed with a pull cord. This allows you to start a fire even in damp and cold environments. The entire package comes in a sturdy 1680D polyester cover that closes with Velcro and attaches to a belt or backpack.
