A lightweight and modular bolt-action airsoft sniper rifle that combines innovative design, easy serviceability, and adjustable performance, the Silverback TAC-41 LL-S is designed for enthusiasts who value accuracy, ergonomics, and simple efficiency – without the added weight.

Body and external features

The rifle has a PA6 grade fiberglass reinforced nylon frame, which is lightweight but very durable. The weapon has a high Picatinny rail, which allows the use of optics even with face shields. The standard Lite Stock butt mounts with a Picatinny connection and offers a selectable QD sling attachment point. The frame has three M-LOK slots on both sides and two below, as well as two QD mounts in the centerline. The weapon is ambidextrous: hop-up adjustment, magazine release and safety are accessible from both sides. The charging handle can also be rotated to the left side.

Barrel and hop-up

The outer barrel is CNC machined aluminum and tapered. It is attached to the frame with a quick-release system. The outer barrel has an M24x1 thread, which can be used to mount a suppressor or muzzle brake. The inner barrel is an AEG-type, 6.05 mm brass precision barrel, 330 mm long.

The hop-up unit is polycarbonate-bodied and TDC-type, meaning that adjustment can be done directly from above – even with optics. The adjustment is divided into 50 micro-steps (15 µm increments), and uses 60° AEG-compatible silicone rubber. The design also includes a double-feed prevention mechanism.

Mechanism and trigger unit

The TAC-41's bolt, cylinder and piston are made of 6061-T6 aluminum. The internal air volume of the cylinder is 41 cc, which ensures sufficient pressure even for long barrels. The piston head is made of hardened carbon steel and is compatible with 90° trigger mechanisms. The spring is APS 13 mm compatible.

The trigger mechanism is fully adjustable and made entirely of stainless steel. It operates in two stages and features a 90° sear design that slides on ball bearings. The trigger preload and travel are adjustable to the user's preference. The safety is made of steel.

Feed and magazine

The magazine holds 48 rounds, and the feed tube holds an additional 20 rounds. There is a release button inside the magwell that allows the feed tube to be emptied quickly without tools or removing the magazine. The mag catch is AK-style and made of steel.
