Snow Wolf GP-25 grenade launcher for AK series replicas
The Snow Wolf GP-25 is an exact replica of the Soviet GP-25 grenade launcher, designed for use with AK series carbines. The grenade launcher is compatible with full-size gas-block AK replicas such as AKM, AKMS, AK-74, AKS-74, AK-74M and AK-12.
The grenade launcher is made primarily of aluminum alloy, while the pistol grip is made of polymer. It can be disassembled like the original version, and has a mechanical sighting system that works like the real GP-25.
The GP-25 uses WOG-type 40 mm gas grenades, so it is not compatible with traditional M203-type 40 mm grenades.
Note: The grenade launcher may require a gas block, grenade launcher mount, or gas block replacement (included in the package) depending on which manufacturer's replica it is used with.

The GP-25 is a Soviet underbarrel grenade launcher developed in the late 1970s specifically for the AK-74 series of assault rifles. Its nickname "Kostyor" means "bonfire" in Russian, referring to the grenade launcher's powerful, fiery discharge. The GP-25 was one of the first mass-produced self-loading grenade launchers for assault rifles.
The GP-25 was adopted by the Soviet Armed Forces in the early 1980s and was widely used in the Afghan War. It has since been used in many other conflicts by the Russian military and its allies. Its modernized versions, such as the GP-30 and GP-34, are still in use today.
