Approximately 160 m/s (2.56 J) with a 0.20g bullet. The final output power depends on other components, the bullet weight used, and the weapon. If the power limit of the playing field is an absolute 2.56 J and you want to use a heavier bullet (powers then increase above 2.56 J), it is advisable to choose a lighter spring.
