Specna Arms DD MK18 SA-E19 EDGE Kestrel ETU 1.14J - black is a metal-framed airsoft electric gun, produced in collaboration with firearms manufacturer Daniel Defense. This gun closely mimics the Daniel Defense MK18 MOD I AR-15 variant and is equipped with the Kestrel Basic ETU system developed by E-Shooter, which brings advanced functions and improved performance.

The mechanism is based on the ORION gearbox familiar from the previous EDGE series. The advantages of the ESA™ system, which enables quick spring changes, are undeniable. The rules/tuning limits of various playing fields and game organizers are placing increasing demands on the regulation of weapon power. The system, which enables quick spring changes, saves the weapon from the strain caused by continuous unloading and enables the use of one, pleasant weapon model in different conditions. The mechanism is equipped directly with high-quality parts, which ensures the reliable operation of the weapon and prepares it for possible new tunings. According to the manufacturer, ORION always works directly with M140-level springs. The weapon comes standard with a 6.03mm precision barrel and a rotary-type hop-up unit.

This electric gun is equipped with the easy-to-use, durable and functional Kestrel Basic ETU system manufactured by E-Shooter. The Kestrel™ V2 Basic is programmable with trigger pulls. This system allows for pre-cocking control, active brake use and protection against low battery voltage, which improves the reliability of the gun and extends its service life.

Kestrel Basic system features:

Pre-adjustment: 5 piston pre-adjustment levels and automatic pre-adjustment stop point determination based on different speeds and loads
Brushless Motor Support: Supports brushless and high-speed/high-torque motors
Jammed mechanism protection: Protects the mechanism from breakage if the motor or gearing jams
Active brake: Ensures that the piston stops in the forward position and extends the service life of the mechanism and internal components
