The gearbox is equipped with 8mm J-cage ball bearings (in the motor and piston gears) and 8mm plain bearings (in the sun gear), which ensure smooth and efficient operation at high rotational speeds. The anti-reversal release hole allows for easy spring release, preventing tension on the parts and preventing damage. The trigger tension adjustment screw allows for precise adjustment of trigger sensitivity, providing the player with optimal feel and response.

The Prime™ Series Aether™ Gearbox also features a completely redesigned pneumatic system for superior air tightness and pressure control.
