Specna Arms SA-F14 FLEX Gen.2 HAL ETU

The Specna Arms SA-F14 is part of the FLEX Gen.2 series, designed to offer lightweight construction, modern features, and solid performance at an attractive price point. The FLEX Gen.2 lineup incorporates several technologies found in higher-end Specna Arms models, including the Magnus™ TDC hop-up chamber, Aether™ Gearbox, and HAL ETU™ electronic control unit.

The SA-F14 is based on a compact AR15 carbine platform. Its short overall length makes it particularly well suited for CQB environments, vehicle-based scenarios, and fast-paced gameplay. The M-LOK handguard allows the installation of accessories as needed, while the top Picatinny rail and flip-up sights provide a ready platform for optics and sighting systems.

The rifle is primarily constructed from nylon fiber-reinforced polymer, providing excellent durability while keeping overall weight low. High-stress components such as the outer barrel, flash hider, selector switch, charging handle, magazine release, and mock ejection port cover are made from metal. The Light Ops Stock completes the package with a lightweight design and non-slip rubberized contact surfaces.

At the heart of the rifle is the Aether™ Gearbox, featuring a reinforced shell, spring release function, pre-cocking and AoE inspection windows, and an adjustable trigger system. Internal components include steel gears, a full steel-tooth polycarbonate piston, 8 mm bushings, and a 6.03 mm precision inner barrel.

The rifle utilizes the Magnus™ TDC hop-up chamber together with a Helium™ Flat Hop bucking. This combination provides precise and consistent hop-up adjustment for stable BB flight.

Electronics are handled by the HAL ETU™ system, which uses Hall-effect sensor trigger detection. The system offers adjustable trigger sensitivity, pre-cocking, active braking, binary trigger functionality, and programmable fire modes. HAL ETU™ is also compatible with brushless motors.

The rifle uses a stick-type battery with a Deans (T-plug) connector, installed inside the buffer tube.
