Specna Arms SA-PH21 Prime Aster II BLDC

The Specna Arms SA-PH21 PRIME™ Aster II ETU BLDC electric gun is part of the Specna Arms Prime series, which combines the proven design of the previous EDGE™ / EDGE™ 2.0 / H Series models with new internals. The gun is a replica of the H&K M27 IAR model, featuring a Free Float Rail System style foregrip, a Nano Coating frame, and a polymer stock.

The weapon's innovative Aether™ gearbox, combined with a 6.02 mm precision steel barrel and Magnus™ TDC Hop-Up chamber, delivers excellent accuracy with every shot. The ESA™ quick spring change system allows for tool-free spring changes, making it faster to adjust the weapon's power in the field.

The DarkMatter™ brushless BLDC motor and GATE ASTER™ II Bluetooth® ETU enable precise trigger control, protection, and compatibility via a mobile app, making weapon customization and control even more flexible.

Aether™ gearbox and internals

The Aether™ gearbox is designed as the heart of the Specna Arms Prime™ series, offering exceptional durability and versatile features for demanding players. The gearbox body is reinforced to withstand heavy use and high spring forces. This ensures reliability over long periods of use. The gearbox is designed with inspection windows that allow you to easily check the Angle of Engagement (AOE) adjustments and pre-tension without having to disassemble the entire system. The gearbox’s precise screw holes ensure proper alignment and balance of the parts, which improves service life and reliability. The gearbox is equipped with 8mm J-cage ball bearings (in the motor and piston gears) and 8mm plain bearings (in the sun gear), which ensure smooth and efficient operation at high rotational speeds. The anti-reversal release hole allows for easy spring release, preventing tension on the parts and preventing damage. The trigger tension adjustment screw allows for precise adjustment of trigger sensitivity, providing the player with optimal feel and response.

The Aether™ gearbox is designed to be perfectly compatible with the GATE ASTER™ system, improving the weapon's programming capabilities and trigger responsiveness.

The Prime™ Series Aether™ Gearbox also features a completely redesigned pneumatic system for superior air tightness and pressure control. The steel cylinder is equipped with cooling fins that dissipate heat effectively and prevent material expansion during long firing cycles. The aluminum cylinder head with two O-rings ensures complete tightness and smooth cooperation with the cylinder. The sealed nozzle is specifically designed to be compatible with the MAGNUS™ hop-up chamber, which improves airflow control and delivery. The aluminum piston head with larger air intakes promotes consistent airflow and improves pressure control, and the steel-toothed polymer piston ensures reliable and durable operation. CNC-machined steel gears with a 16:1 gear ratio improve the speed and durability of the mechanism. The precision shimmed mechanism ensures that the gears are in perfect alignment, which improves the operation of the mechanism and increases the reliability and life of the weapon.

GATE ASTER™ II Bluetooth® FRONT UNIT

The GATE ASTER™ II Bluetooth® ETU is a state-of-the-art electronic trigger unit that offers versatile features for controlling and adjusting airsoft replicas. This unit enhances the performance of the weapon and provides players with precise trigger pull and extensive programming options.

GATE ASTER™ II Bluetooth® ADVANTAGE features:

Bluetooth connection: Allows for easy programming and adjustment of the weapon via a mobile app.
Quantum Trigger 2: A highly accurate trigger with 35 sensitivity adjustments in the first millimeter and a total of 680 adjustments across the entire trigger pull, giving the player exceptional control over firing situations.
Binary Trigger: Fires a shot both when the trigger is pulled and when it is released.
Motor and battery protection: The unit protects the motor and battery from overload and incorrect settings.
Pre-cocking: Allows you to speed up the firing of the weapon, so that the weapon is always ready to fire.
Active Brake: Stops the piston immediately after the shot, improving shooting control.
Low Battery Warning: Notifies you when the battery is low, protecting the battery from overload and damage.
Sniper Mode: Allows you to enable sniper settings for long-range shots.
