Teesar US Army Vietnam 1st Pattern M64 Field Jacket - OD

A US Army Vietnam War style jungle dress jacket (1st pattern). This repro jacket is modeled after the M64 combat dress, tropical OG-107 service uniform jacket. The jacket's design closely resembles the WWII paratrooper uniform with slanted pockets.

During the Vietnam War, the jungle uniform came in three clearly recognizable versions (1st, 2nd 3rd pattern). This suit represents the first of them, i.e. according to the pattern, the buttons are left visible and the jacket has token slots on the shoulders. The jacket has slanted pockets on the chest and two pockets on the sides. A pen pocket in the second chest pocket. US ARMY, RYAN and 1st Cavalry insignia sewn on.

The material is a thin cotton poplin fabric, 100% cotton. Manufacturer Teesar. Wash at 30 degrees.
