The Templars Gear CIBV Cataphract DUTY is a versatile and advanced plate carrier vest that allows the carrying of both hard ballistic plates (25 × 30 cm) and soft protective panels. The vest features Rapid Open Connector (ROC) buckles, laser-cut MOLLE/PALS attachment surfaces and an ergonomic design that improves comfort and freedom of movement. Made from IRR-treated Cordura 500D laminate for durability and reduced visibility in infrared.

The Templars Gear CIBV Cataphract DUTY Plate Carrier is designed to provide comprehensive protection and a modular design that allows the equipment configuration to be customized to the user's needs. The vest's construction supports both hard ballistic protection plates (SAPI / ESAPI 25 × 30 cm) and soft ballistic panels that can be placed in the front, back and side pockets.

The front panel features six rows of laser-cut PALS/MOLLE attachment points for additional pockets. The vest also features a Velcro panel on the front for name tags and IR tags. Adjustable loops allow for the attachment of hydration system hoses or radio cables.

ROC buckles on the shoulder straps and side straps allow for quick donning and doffing and increase comfort. The back panel includes versatile PALS attachment points for accessories such as backpacks and additional pockets.

The vest features 3D cushioning panels with CoolMax finish on the inside, which improve air circulation and increase comfort during long-term use. The ergonomic design improves freedom of movement, and the pass-through back fastening makes it easy to install a belt.

The vest is compatible with interchangeable panels and zippered back panels, allowing for the creation of various equipment configurations.
