• What is AES? Maruin AA12 is the first of its kind - Automatic Electric Shotgun. The gun weighs four kilos and the polymer finish on the surfaces feels authentic. The gun is modeled after the Auto Assault-12 (also Atchisson Assault Shotgun) shotgun, which was originally developed in the 1970s. The airsoft version developed by Maruin, the AA-12 offers a lot of new internals: The gun is a close combat soldier's dream with three separately adjustable hop-ups! Despite the indoor power, the range is excellent due to Maruin's quality hop-ups. The gun uses 8.4 V batteries and operates at a brisk pace. The built-in fuse protects the electrical side and does not allow the gun to be run with over-efficient 11.1V batteries. According to the manufacturer, the three separate cylinder mechanism fires a mint 30 rounds per second with continuous fire on an 8.4V battery, which means that the magazine is emptied in three seconds - should be enough! Marui has also updated the engine that powers the monster.
