The Vector Optics SCTM-27 is a pair of scope rings for 30 mm tubes. They fit a Weaver/Picatinny rail, and the centre height from rail to ring centre is 23 mm (low profile).
They are machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, and each ring is 16 mm wide. Each ring has four screws. The manufacturer recommends 2.0-2.5 Nm for the ring caps and 5.1-5.6 Nm for the base.
