The Warrior Assault Systems Large Horizontal Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) is designed for tactical use and is ideal for military and rescue missions where quick access to first aid supplies is required. This horizontal IFAK pouch provides secure and organized storage for first aid supplies and can be easily attached to MOLLE-equipped equipment belts or vests.

The Warrior Assault Systems Large Horizontal IFAK is made from high-quality composite laminate material and laser-cut with precision, ensuring durability in demanding conditions. The internal removable pocket includes elastic pockets and loops that allow for separate storage for various first aid supplies such as wound dressings, chest seals, CAT tourniquets and trauma bandages. A Hypalon-coated pull tab attached to the inner pocket allows for quick, one-handed opening of the inner pocket in an emergency.
