The WE M16A3 GBBR Open Bolt is a precision-crafted airsoft replica modeled after the legendary American M16A3 rifle. The weapon is part of WE's latest Gen. 3 series, which features reinforced steel parts – such as the locking mechanism and trigger mechanism – and improved resistance to cold.

The frame and outer barrel of the weapon are made of metal (steel and aluminum), while the handguard, full-length M16 stock and pistol grip are made of durable polymer. The rifle has a functional bolt catch that locks the slide to the rear after the last shot. The carrying handle can be removed, and the top rail can be used to mount a scope.
