Wiley X PTX Rx insert

The Wiley X PTX Rx insert is designed to provide clear vision and full compatibility with Wiley X glasses. This prescription lens insert fits the SABER ADVANCED, WX ROGUE COMM, WX ROGUE, WX VAPOR 2.2, NERVE and SPEAR models.

Please note that SPEAR and NERVE models also require an additional part (SP29PST or R-8051PST) to attach the insert.
