Atom Custom Sorbothane damping piece + protective plate

Sorbothane is a shock-absorbing material and its properties can be utilized in airsoft electric weapons to strengthen the gearbox and reduce sound.

Sorbothane allows me to adjust the angle of the gun's piston in relation to the tuning wheel. Sorbothane has a good ability to dampen vibrations and shocks.

For installation you will need:

- Sorbothane damping pad

- Protective plate on top of the sorbothane

- Flexible instant adhesive, e.g. Loctite Flex Gel.

Installation:

- Glue the damping piece on top of or in place of the cylinder head rubber.

- Glue the mud plate onto the Sorbothane so that the piston head does not damage the Sorbothane.

- Check the angle of contact between the teeth of the tuning wheel and the piston, remove another tooth from the piston if necessary.
