Magpul Suppressor Cover 5.5 Inch - Coyote

The Magpul Suppressor Cover 5.5” is an innovative suppressor heat shield that protects the user and equipment from high temperatures during long shooting sessions. It reduces temperature transfer, speeds up the cooling process, and reduces heat signature, while providing excellent protection and visibility during shooting.

The Magpul Suppressor Cover 5.5” is designed to withstand the extreme temperatures encountered during extended semi-automatic or automatic firing. Its combination of a heat-resistant polymer sleeve and a stainless steel heat shield keeps the external temperature of the suppressor up to 1000°F (538°C) lower than the surface of the suppressor. Two steel mounting clips ensure a secure attachment directly to the suppressor body. The cover also reduces mirage effects in the shooter’s field of view and protects the suppressor from damage and prevents burns to the user or equipment.

The Magpul Suppressor Cover is optimized for use with 1.5-inch outer diameter round suppressors with a body length of approximately 5.5 inches, such as the Surefire SOCOM556-RC2.
